Drone Racing

Drone racing is becoming extremely popular in the past two years. So popular that it has already been shown on ESPN, the biggest sports network.

Competitors are trying a lot of new things to get an edge on their opponent, just like in any other sporting event. Students at the University of Florida are developing a new software program, that will allow them to fly the drone with only using their mind. Drone control, almost like having Jedi powers. This would certainly give you and edge over your opponent. You won’t have to think and then react with your hands. With the development at the Human - Experience Research Lab, this kind of creativity makes you think that drone racing won’t be the only thing this technology will be used for in the future.

I think this technology is really brilliant. I am looking forward to seeing this idea development and become a true factor in sports or everyday life.
